The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nFull-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from sourcing and initial outreach through screening, interview coordination, and placement.\nCandidate Sourcing: Proactively identify qualified ABA professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.\nScreening & Assessment: Conduct candidate screenings to assess qualifications, relevant experience, communication skills, availability, and suitability for specific roles.\nCandidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates, maintain consistent communication, and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.\nPipeline Management: Maintain an organised candidate pipeline and keep recruitment systems and applicant records accurate and up to date.\nInterview Coordination: Schedule interviews, prepare candidates, gather feedback, and coordinate next steps with hiring managers and clients.\nRecruitment Targets: Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while working towards agreed sourcing, screening, and placement targets.\nCompliance & Documentation: Verify relevant qualifications, certifications, and other role-specific requirements, ensuring candidate information is accurately documented.\n Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies, candidate conversion, and overall recruitment efficiency.\nMinimum Requirements\nProven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Recruitment Consultant.\nStrong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.\nProactive approach to candidate outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline management.\nComfortable working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment databases, spreadsheets, and online sourcing tools.\nAbility to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Experience\nPrevious experience recruiting within the ABA, behavioural health, healthcare, or allied health industries.\nExperience sourcing and recruiting BCBAs, RBTs, Behavior Technicians, or similar clinical professionals.\nFamiliarity with ABA terminology, certification requirements, and the US healthcare recruitment market.\nExperience recruiting for US-based clients and managing different time zones.\nDemonstrated success meeting recruitment targets in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.\nKey Skills & Attributes\nProactive and resourceful sourcing
