The successful candidate will become an important part of the day-to-day data operations, ensuring existing processes remain accurate, reliable and efficient.\nAs you become familiar with the systems, datasets and business processes, there will be opportunities to take on more complex development, automation, integrations and analytical projects.\nWe are looking for someone who is technically capable, dependable and highly detail-oriented, with the ability to take ownership of recurring tasks while independently troubleshooting issues and gradually expanding their responsibilities.\nKey Responsibilities\nSQL & Database Support\nMaintain and troubleshoot existing SQL queries, stored procedures and database processes.\nWork with SQL Server and T-SQL to retrieve, manipulate and validate data.\nInvestigate data issues and discrepancies across systems.\nValidate and reconcile information between different data sources.\nWork with large healthcare, financial, accounting and operational datasets.\nIndependently investigate existing databases, queries and processes to understand how they work and identify issues.\nReporting & Business Intelligence\nBuild, maintain and modify reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Microsoft Report Builder.\nMaintain recurring reports and ensure they are accurate and delivered as required.\nTroubleshoot reporting issues and investigate unexpected results.\nMake report changes and updates based on business requirements.\nAssist with developing new reports and analytical outputs as knowledge of the environment grows.\nData Processes & Automation\nHandle recurring data imports, exports and routine data processes.\nAssist with automated workflows involving SQL, Python, APIs, SFTP, CSV/Excel files and other data sources.\nSupport data integrations between internal and external systems.\nAssist with system migrations and changes to existing data processes.\nIdentify opportunities to improve or automate manual workflows.\nDocument existing processes, queries, reports and workflows to support continuity and knowledge sharing.\nNetSuite & Integrations\nExperience with NetSuite and external NetSuite integrations is required.\nWork with NetSuite data and processes.\nSupport existing external NetSuite integrations.\nAssist with troubleshooting and maintaining data flows between NetSuite and other systems.\nSupport changes and new integrations as required.\nRequirements\nStrong experience with SQL Server / T-SQL.\nStrong understanding of relational databases, joins, stored procedures and data transformation.\nExperience with SSRS, Microsoft Report Builder or similar reporting tools.\nExperience with NetSuite and external NetSuite integrations.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy.\nAbility to independently investigate existing reports, databases and processes.\nComfortable working with large and complex datasets.\nAbility to work confidently with repetitive and detail-oriented tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.\nStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage recurring responsibilities reliably.\nAbility to take ownership of tasks and follow processes through to completion.\nThinking of applying?
