You will be responsible for managing candidates throughout the recruitment pipeline, maintaining accurate candidate information in Salesforce, following up with facilities, completing reference checks, and supporting the recruitment team in meeting activity and interview targets.\nThe successful candidate must be reliable, responsive, accountable, and comfortable working in a highly structured, target-driven environment with regular communication, performance tracking, and team meetings.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and maintain candidate pipelines within Salesforce.\nSource, engage, and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment activity.\nFollow up with facilities and relevant stakeholders via WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.\nCoordinate candidate and facility communication to ensure a smooth recruitment process.\nComplete candidate reference checks accurately and professionally.\nFollow up consistently with candidates to ensure they progress through the recruitment process.\nMonitor candidate progress and identify outstanding actions or potential delays.\nWork toward established recruitment activity and interview targets.\nAttend weekly recruitment calls with facilities.\nParticipate in regular team meetings and recruitment discussions.\nProvide updates on candidate pipelines, progress, and recruitment activity.\nEnsure strong follow-through on all assigned candidates and recruitment tasks.\nMaintain a high level of responsiveness and availability during working hours.\nCollaborate with the wider Central Staffing and recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.\nPerform general recruitment administration and support as required.\nRequirements\nRequirements\n3-5 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.\nExperience managing a high-volume candidate pipeline.\nComfortable working with ATS, CRM, recruitment, or candidate database systems.\nStrong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong follow-up and follow-through skills.\nExcellent organisational and time-management abilities.\nComfortable working toward recruitment activity, sourcing, and interview targets.\nAble to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team.\nReliable, responsive, and accountable.\nComfortable with structured oversight, performance monitoring, and regular team communication.\nResilient and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.\nThinking of applying?
