We are looking for someone who does not need to be constantly managed and who takes personal ownership of getting roles filled with high-quality candidates.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage the recruitment process from initial role briefing through to successful placement.\nSource qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, databases, Boolean search, and other recruitment channels.\nProactively headhunt and approach both active and passive candidates.\nReview CVs and applications and identify candidates who meet the role requirements.\nConduct initial screening calls and structured interviews.\nAssess candidates based on their experience, skills, communication, professionalism, and overall suitability.\nEvaluate candidates for company and culture fit, not simply whether they meet the minimum requirements.\nCoordinate candidates through the interview and selection process.\nManage candidate communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process.\nSupport offer discussions and drive candidates through to successful placement.\nEnsure a smooth handover once a candidate is successfully placed.\nBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.\nTake ownership of candidate quality and ensure only strong, well-vetted candidates are presented.\nContinuously develop talent pools for current and future hiring requirements.\nMaintain accurate candidate information within the relevant recruitment systems.\nKeep candidates engaged and informed throughout the process.\nIdentify potential issues early and take action to keep recruitment processes moving.\nWork closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate expectations.\nAsk the right questions to understand what makes someone successful in the role.\nProvide informed recommendations on candidate suitability.\nCommunicate recruitment progress and pipeline updates.\nBuild strong professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.\nRequirements\n3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within an agency, staffing, or high-volume recruitment environment.\nProven experience managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through placement.\nStrong sourcing and headhunting experience.\nConfident conducting telephone and video interviews.\nStrong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.\nDemonstrated ability to identify quality candidates and assess cultural fit.\nExperience managing multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines simultaneously.\nStrong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate management.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.\nComfortable working toward recruitment and placement targets.\nStrong computer literacy and experience using ATS/CRM or recruitment systems.\nThinking of applying?
