This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional talent quickly without compromising on quality.\nYou will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating a team of recruiters to consistently meet aggressive hiring targets while maintaining an outstanding client and candidate experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, ensuring high performance and accountability.\nDrive daily recruitment activity to meet tight turnaround times and client SLAs.\nMonitor team productivity, pipeline health, and hiring metrics to ensure delivery targets are achieved.\nPrioritise urgent vacancies and allocate resources effectively across the team.\nConduct daily stand-ups and regular one-on-one coaching sessions.\nReview candidate quality and provide ongoing feedback to improve screening and selection standards.\nIdentify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve recruitment efficiency.\nWork closely with Sales, Account Management, and Client Success teams to understand hiring priorities and changing client requirements.\nEnsure accurate and timely updates within the ATS and maintain recruitment compliance.\nBuild a culture of urgency, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nSupport escalations and proactively resolve recruitment challenges.\nDrive process improvements and identify opportunities for automation and increased efficiency.\nRequirements\n5 - 10 years' recruitment experience within an agency or fast-paced staffing environment.\nMinimum 2 years' experience leading or managing a recruitment team.\nProven track record of managing high-volume recruitment with multiple concurrent vacancies.\nStrong experience recruiting for international markets (US experience advantageous).\nAbility to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality.\nExcellent coaching, leadership, and performance management skills.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication abilities.\nHighly organised with exceptional attention to detail.\nComfortable working in a fast-moving, target-driven environment.\nExperience using ATS platforms such as Zoho Recruit, Workable, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, or similar.\nBenefits\nComfortable working U.S. hours\nRemote work from home\n Fraud Disclaimer:ReWorks Solutions will never request payment during recruitment or require in-person office visits.
