professional candidate and client experience.\nThe Talent Delivery Partner also plays an active role in client interview participation, interview coordination, and workflow visibility.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct final candidate engagement and readiness discussions\nPrepare candidates for client interviews\nEnsure candidates fully understand:\nRole expectations\nClient requirements\nInterview preparation\nProcess timelines\nMaintain candidate communication throughout final recruitment stages\nEnsure candidates remain engaged and committed during placement process\nSupport candidate relationship management and experience\nClient Interview Coordination\nCoordinate and schedule client interviews\nBook separate interview sessions per client requirement\nEnsure all interviews are confirmed with:\nCandidates\nClients\nRecruitment team\nEnsure all interview details are added into shared recruitment calendars accessible to relevant stakeholders\nMaintain interview scheduling accuracy and visibility\nCoordinate interview reminders and confirmations\nEscalate interview conflicts, cancellations, or delays quickly\nClient Interview Participation & Feedback Management\nSit in on client interviews where required\nSupport interview flow and candidate positioning\nAssist in maintaining professional communication during interviews\nSupport alignment between candidate and client expectations\nAssist with interview feedback gathering and follow-up\nConduct a short 10-minute feedback discussion with the client immediately after interviews where possible\nGather interview outcomes, concerns, and next-step feedback quickly to maintain placement momentum\nEnsure interview feedback is updated and communicated internally timeously\nSupport improved placement conversion through active recruitment participation\nPlacement Momentum & Workflow Management\nFollow up on client feedback and interview outcomes\nMaintain momentum across final recruitment stages\nEnsure workflow movement remains efficient and visible\nEscalate delays affecting placement speed or onboarding readiness\nSupport operational handover readiness\nAssist with final placement coordination activities\nRecruitment Administration & Coordination\nUpdate recruitment workflow stages accurately in Workable\nMaintain candidate and client communication records\nEnsure interview notes and feedback are updated timeously\nSupport tracker and workflow visibility maintenance\nCoordinate closely with Alicia, Kayleigh, and Michelle\nEnsure operational accuracy throughout placement stages\nRequirements\nTechnical Competencies\nStrong interview coordination and scheduling capability\nExperience managing recruitment workflows and ATS systems (preferably Workable)\nStrong candidate and client communication ability\nRecruitment administration and workflow coordination experience\nStrong calendar management and organisational skills\nAbility to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously\nUnderstanding of recruitment lifecycle and placement process\nBehavioural Competencies\nStrong
