With a nationwide network of treatment, recycling, and Energy-from-Waste facilities, Reworld enables customers to mitigate risk and reach their sustainability goals.\nThe Field Services Technician is responsible for the clean-up of Hazardous and Non-Hazardous waste. The Field Services Technicians will be expected to perform confined space entry, work hands-on, and operate a variety of equipment which may include but is not limited to pressure washers, hand trucks, forklifts, and power tools.\nResponsibilities:\nHandle and package Hazardous and Non-Hazardous materials.\n\nUtilize pressure washer, hydro blast equipment, forklift, and specialty vacuum equipment.\n\nComplete critical path documentation, including manifests and job summaries.\n\nCommunicate with the Project Manager and on-site customers.\n\nPerform work in confined space entries and utilize mechanics, industrial hygiene instrumentation, pneumatic tools, electrical tools, and hand tools.\n\nAdhere to requirements of Company policies and procedures, OSHA, and all local, state, and federal laws.\n\nRequirements:\nHigh School Diploma / GED required.\n\nMust be 21 years or older, due to interstate travel in a commercial vehicle and federal regulations.\n\nMinimum of 1 year experience preferred.\n\nValid state driver’s license required.\n\nPossess 40 HR HAZWOP certification, preferred. We will provide training if not obtained.\n\nStrong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.\n\nEffectively work in a team setting.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nAbility to pass a respirator fit test.\n\nAbility to travel up to 30% of the time, including occasional overnight travel (with ample advanced notice)\n\nAbility to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.\n\nAbility to use sound judgment and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.\n\nWalk, stand, sit, and climb\n\nConsistently work in various weather conditions.\n\nAbility to work from heights and in confined spaces\n\nAll Reworld positions require a candidate's ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the role while upholding Reworld's Values, including (but not limited to) contributing to a safe and inclusive workplace, delivering results through trust, and building breakthrough capabilities.\nPlease note that Level, Title and/or Salary may be adjusted based on the applicant's experience or skills.\nPay Transparency\nReworld is committed to paying its staff equitably, and we strive to provide competitive compensation and benefits packages.
