If so, we are looking for you!\nWe are seeking an HR Generalist to join our East Region HR Team, serving as a trusted business partner to leaders and employees at our Bristol & SECON, CT facilities.\nThis role will provide comprehensive HR support across employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, workforce planning, policy administration, employee engagement, and training and development.\nThis is an opportunity for an ambitious HR professional who wants to grow, take ownership, and make a visible impact.\nTravel is expected, approximately 25-35% in this role.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nServe as a trusted HR business partner and advisor to regional leaders, facility managers, and employees on a broad range of HR matters\nCoach leaders on employee relations, performance, policy, investigations, and workplace concerns\nAttend career fairs at local agencies, universities, vocational schools, etc. to source talent for open roles with a focus on improving diversity, equity and inclusion\nHandle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientations, exit/stay interviews, including analyzing trends and developing action tracker, status change forms to ensure HRIS System accuracy\nLeverage HR data, workforce metrics, and employee trends to identify opportunities, provide insights, and make informed recommendations to leadership\nPartner with leaders on workforce planning, recruiting, retention, and talent development.\nLead and support recruitment strategies, including partnerships with external talent sources\nSupport performance management, succession planning, compensation, compliance, and employee engagement\nPartner with leaders to develop employees and strengthen organizational talent\nSupport implementation and communication of HR policies, programs, and initiatives\nMaintain accurate HR records and HRIS data; assist with payroll and benefits questions\nIdentify opportunities to improve HR processes and the employee experience\nBuild trust and credibility while balancing employee needs with business priorities\nPosition Requirements & Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or PHR/SPHR preferred\n3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or a multi-site environment\nStrong employee relations and employment/labor law knowledge\nDemonstrated ability to use data and analytics to inform HR decisions\nExperience with recruiting, workforce planning, performance management, and talent development\nHRIS experience; Workday or UKG experience a plus\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities independently and work effectively with leaders at all levels\nAmbitious, self-motivated, and committed to continuous professional growth\nAbility and willingness to travel approximately 25-35%\nPhysical Demands of the Role:\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard \nTotal Rewards & Compensation:\nHealth Care Benefits - start 1st day of employment\nPerformance based Annual Incentive Plan\nWellness Program Incentives & Rewards\n401k - match up to 7%\nPaid Time Off (Vacation & Holiday)\nPaid Parental Leave\nShort-Term & Long-Term Disability Benefits\nTuition Reimbursement\nAll Reworld positions require a candidate's ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the role while upholding Reworld's Values, including (but not limited to) contributing to a safe and inclusive workplace, delivering results through trust, and building breakthrough capabilities.\nPlease note that Level, Title and/or Salary may be adjusted based on the applicant's experience or skills.\nPay Transparency\nReworld is committed to paying its staff equitably, and we strive to provide competitive compensation and benefits packages.
