Apply today!\nAbout the role\nKey Responsibilities\nThe Senior M&A Integration Manager is responsible for end-to-end integration governance, and value realization across acquisitions, ensuring disciplined execution through a tollgate-based integration model.\nThis role leads cross-functional integration efforts, owns synergy delivery and risk management, and establishes a repeatable integration capability aligned with operational excellence principles.\nThey operate at both strategic and execution levels, ensuring integrations deliver business outcomes-not just task completion.\n1. Integration Strategy & Planning\nEnsure the integration strategic priorities aligned with deal value drivers\nLead pre-close integration planning including synergy identification and risk assessment\nEstablish Day 1, 0-90, and 90-180 plans across all functions\nEnsure alignment between deal model assumptions and execution roadmap\n2. Integration Governance & Tollgate Leadership\nOwn and enforce the integration governance model and decision framework\nPrepare and Lead tollgate reviews with executive leadership\nEnsure clear decision rights, escalation paths, and accountability structures\nDrive adherence to integration cadence (daily/weekly/monthly operating rhythm)\n3. Value Realization & Synergy Delivery\nOwn end-to-end synergy tracking and realization (cost, revenue, operational improvements)\nEnsure clear ownership of value initiatives across functions\nImplement value tracking dashboards and reporting cadence\nProactively identify risks to value capture and implement mitigation plans\n4. Cross-Functional Integration Execution\nLead integration across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS\nRemove barriers and resolve cross-functional conflicts\nEnsure alignment between functional plans and enterprise objectives\nDrive Day 1 readiness and operational continuity\n5. Change Management & Communication\nDevelop and execute integration communication strategy\nEnsure consistent messaging across leadership, employees, and stakeholders\nDrive culture integration and employee engagement\nMinimize disruption and reduce attrition risk during integration\n6. Integration Capability Building\nSupport building and continuously improve the integration playbook and tools\nStandardize and continuously improve L2/L3 integration checklists, templates, and dashboards\nCapture and institutionalize lessons learned from integrations\n7. Stakeholder Management\nAct as primary interface to align different functions towards achieving the integration goals. \nPartner with functional leaders to ensure ownership and accountability\nInfluence without authority across complex organizational structures\nQualifications\nRequired:\n8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting\nProven track record of leading complex, cross-functional integrations\nStrong experience with value creation and synergy delivery\nExperience operating in industrial, energy, or operational environments\nPreferred:\nExperience in waste management, energy, or material processing\nFamiliarity with tollgate or stage-gate operating models\nBackground in operational excellence systems\nIn addition to salary, this role is eligible for benefits. The final salary offered for this role will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to: experience, education, geographic location, skills and competencies, travel requirements and/or union contracts (if applicable).
