Our reputation is built on consistency, accuracy and a genuine commitment to exceptional client service.\nAbout the Role\nAs an Account Manager at Rex RealTrust, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of your client portfolio, from onboarding through to long-term relationship management and service optimisation.\nReporting to the Operations Manager, you will work closely with Team Leads, Trust Accountants and Property Management Assistants to ensure clients receive a consistent, high-quality service. Acting as the primary point of contact for your clients, you will build trusted relationships, proactively identify risks and opportunities, coordinate resources across the operational teams and drive continuous improvement to ensure every client receives exceptional service.\nThis is a hands-on, commercially focused role suited to someone with extensive experience in commercial property management who enjoys partnering with clients, improving processes and helping teams deliver outstanding outcomes.\nWhat You’ll Be Responsible For\nClient Onboarding\nLead the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into Rex RealTrust systems and processes\nUnderstand existing client workflows and align them with Rex RealTrust best practice\nPartner with Trust Accountants and Property Management Assistants during the first two to four weeks (depending on complexity) to establish strong foundations\nClient Relationship Management\nAct as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients\nSchedule regular client check-ins (weekly during onboarding, transitioning to monthly once embedded)\nConduct client visits where appropriate to strengthen partnerships\nMonitor service satisfaction and gather client feedback\nDevelop and deliver quarterly business review meetings\nTeam Collaboration & Oversight\nPartner with Team Leads to ensure Trust Accountants are meeting client expectations\nProvide structured feedback to Team Leads and support quality assurance escalations\nWork with the Training Manager to identify capability gaps and training needs\nDeliver occasional group training sessions to uplift capability across teams\nManage workload and portfolio allocation across Team Leads, Trust Accountants and Property Management Assistants to ensure balanced and efficient resourcing\nFacilitate regular team segment meetings to track performance and workforce effectiveness\nFeedback, Reporting & Continuous Improvement\nAct as the central feedback link between clients, operations and leadership\nEscalate recurring issues and risks in a timely and considered way\nProvide regular reporting on client health, risks and opportunities\nEnsure client satisfaction capability\nWhat We’re Looking For\nDemonstrated commercial property management experience using Cirrus8.\nProven experience in both Commercial Property Management and Trust Accounting.\nStrong understanding of commercial property operations, trust accounting processes and industry legislation.\nExcellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.\nOutstanding verbal and written communication skills.\nConfidence leading client meetings, presentations and training sessions.\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and client portfolios.\nA
