platform.\nWhether you're currently working in commercial property management, trust accounting or supporting property management software, we'd love to hear from you.\nAs part of our Customer Support team, you'll work closely with commercial property managers, trust accountants and other property professionals, providing practical solutions to their day-to-day challenges.\nYou'll also have the opportunity to embrace AI and automation, contribute ideas for improving our support processes and help shape how we deliver exceptional customer experiences.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nProvide friendly, professional and solutions-focused support to customers via phone, email and chat.\nAssist commercial property managers and trust accountants with questions relating to the Cirrus8 platform.\nTroubleshoot software issues relating to commercial property management, lease administration, trust accounting and financial processes.\nHelp customers navigate workflows including rent reviews, tenant invoicing, reconciliations, outgoings and reporting.\nInvestigate customer enquiries, identify root causes and work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues.\nManage customer support tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication throughout.\nUse AI tools and automation to streamline support processes and improve the customer experience.\nIdentify common customer challenges and contribute to improvements in our software, processes and training resources.\nDevelop and maintain helpful knowledge base articles and customer support documentation.\nAbout You\nWe're looking for someone who understands the commercial property industry, enjoys solving problems and has a genuine interest in technology.\nYou might currently be working as a Commercial Property Manager, Trust Accountant, Property Administrator or in a property software support role and be looking for an exciting new direction in your career.\nIdeally, you'll bring:\nExperience in commercial property management, trust accounting or supporting property management software.\nAn understanding of commercial property processes such as lease administration, rent reviews, outgoings, reconciliations or financial reporting.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.\nConfident communication skills and the ability to explain processes clearly to customers.\nA customer-focused approach and genuine enjoyment of helping others.\nConfidence using technology and learning new software systems.\nExperience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot, or a genuine interest in developing these skills.\nA proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.\nIt would be a bonus if you have:\nPrevious experience using Cirrus8 or similar commercial property management software.\nExperience in a software support, SaaS or technical customer service environment.\nKnowledge of trust accounting compliance, general ledger processes and GST.\nExperience with ticketing systems, CRM platforms or support automation tools.\nDon't have a traditional software support background?
