Will perform the duties of various positions such as Inside Sales, Driver, Warehouse, and Assistant Management. Will act as a leader in those positions with the skills and authority to make decisions in absence of Branch and Area management.\nWhat You'll Do:\nWork with Branch Managers to drive profitability by utilizing company digital tools to maximize all aspects of branch performance\nSet an example and culture of superior customer service through dealing effectively with daily customer service requests. Establish and maintain a relationship with key customers\nPerform all job functions within a branch when required including but not limited to sales, vendor quotations, maintaining branch equipment and vehicles, driving, material handling, order processing\nGreet and assist call-in and walk-in customers with the selection and delivery of products and services, processing orders by quoting product prices, delivery specifications, and payment terms and by offering substitute products where appropriate\nAssist in timely account reconciliation through completion of PVR, bad debt, and other post sale duties\nParticipate in facility and inventory control and maintenance and advise Branch Manager of problems to ensure customer demand is met\nConduct/oversee inventory control procedures and warehouse housekeeping practices\nImplement branch security and safety standards by conducting facility and asset inspections and taking corrective actions to support controls\nMay be required to complete customer deliveries through maintained routes or urgent requirements\nOther duties as assigned\nJob Duties Disclaimer:\nThe information contained in this job description is intended to describe the essential job functions required of those assigned to this job.
