With branches across Canada, Nedco, a division of Rexel Canada Electrical Inc., is pleased to offer one-stop shopping for a wide range of quality products such as communications, wire and cable, distribution, lighting, data, home integration and security.\n As a Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate based in Kirkland Lake, ON, you will be responsible for loading and unloading shipments, preparing and stacking skids, sorting freight and verifying goods received along with other duties as assigned.\nResponsibilities\nPutting away counter and warehouse stock.\nPicking, receiving and shipping duties when required.\nConfirming stock availability and suggesting alternatives.\nDirectly servicing the customer via phone & counter sales.\nProcessing orders, inquiries & quotations.\nMaintaining a high level of customer service.\nParticipate in regular cycle counts and annual inventory.\nMaintain a clean and organized work environment.\nAdhere to established Health & Safety procedures and practices.\n Previous warehouse and counter sales experience.\nExcellent interpersonal skills, both verbal & written and an ability to impart knowledge.\nProduct knowledge of the electrical business.\nExcellent organizational & problem-solving skills.\nComputer literacy.\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs\n The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is CAD 38000 - 44000. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
