Customer Implementation Manager

We’re looking for a Customer Implementation Manager to drive the successful rollout of major customer contracts and ensure ongoing delivery against agreed KPIs. This role is critical in supporting our National Key Account team and managing the National Customer Engagement Team.
- Lead end-to-end contract implementation, turning contract documents into clear, practical rollout plans
- Work closely with National Key Account Managers and internal key stakeholders
- Project manage implementation activities
- Align internal and external stakeholders, setting expectations and confirming deliverables
- Manage the NCET National Customer Engagement Team
- Formally close out implementations once all criteria are met
- Support customer reporting requirements
- Ensure contract KPIs - including DIFOT, cost savings and service metrics - are consistently achieved
- Strong understanding of electrical wholesale branch operations
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working on strategic contracts with major customers
- Demonstrated project management capability
- Commercial experience engaging with strategic clients
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and a track record of meeting deadlines
- Management experience preferred
