In the absence of the Distribution Center Supervisor will be responsible for all aspects of the job tasks within their department.\nWhat You'll Do:\nMust behave consistently with the Company’s Core Competencies, Polices, Procedures, guidelines, and focus on safety\nAssist in training, assigning, and directing work. Assist in addressing complaints and resolving employee issues\nAssist in the supervision and coordination of the functions of departments in an orderly manner to achieve the highest possible levels of accuracy and productivity\nMust know all department functions and processes\nEnsure the efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment, maintaining the security of the Distribution Center\nEnsure inbound and/or outbound shipments and products are accurate and free of damage\nResearch Workforce Management System (WMS) transaction logs to correct or verify any outstanding issues\nCoordinate activities related to receiving, shipping, picking, and packing of inventory and non-inventory items.
