In addition to an online store, Rexel USA has a distribution network of over 460 warehouse storefront locations throughout the U.S.\n We are looking for a Second Shift Distribution Center Supervisor to join our Rexel, USA team in Mansfield, MA!\nSummary:\nThe Distribution Center Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising all distribution center activities performed on their shift. Responsibilities include interviewing, training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work. Lead inbound/outbound operations to meet all Safety, Inventory and Productivity KPI’s.\nWhat You'll Do:\nMust behave consistently with the Company’s Core Competencies, Polices, Procedures, guidelines, and focus on safety\nParticipate in all aspects of hiring new employees. Train, assign, and direct work. Complete performance reviews, and disciplines and/or address complaints and resolve employee issues\nSupervise and coordinate the functions of departments in an orderly manner to achieve the highest possible levels of accuracy and productivity\nEnsure the efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment and maintain the security of the Distribution Center\nEnsure inbound and/or outbound shipments and products are accurate and free of damage\nCoordinate activities related to receiving, shipping, picking and packing of inventory and non-inventory items\nEstablish work schedules, ensure that jobs are correctly implemented, assigned effectively, and completed properly\nComplete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
