You will lead and coordinate strategic international IT programs across multiple countries and stakeholders. You will be leading the partner relations countrywise. You will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of complex technology initiatives, aligning business and IT objectives, and driving collaboration across global teams, vendors, and internal functions.\nThe Program Manager reports to the Group Delivery Manager.\nThis role requires strong program leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a multicultural and matrixed environment.\nActing as both a governance body and a delivery hub, the team ensures that transformation programs are aligned with business priorities and executed with operational excellence.\nYour Day-to-Day Responsibilities :\n1) Lead and steer the strategic roadmap :\nDefine and drive the roadmap of transformation initiatives in alignment with country priorities and Group strategy\nEnsure end-to-end program delivery (scope, planning, budget, risks, quality, value realization)\nValidate partner commitments (SOW), monitor KPIs, and ensure milestone achievement\nCoordinate cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore, business, digital, data, infrastructure)\nEnsure delivery remains aligned with timelines, budget, quality, and business expectations\nPrepare and present steering committee and executive-level reporting\nSupport decision-making by providing clear visibility on progress, challenges, and options\nDrive continuous improvement of delivery processes and operating model\n2) Orchestrate country onboarding & stakeholder engagement :\nAct as the primary point of contact for countries during transformation initiatives\nLead requirement framing workshops and align business needs with delivery capabilities\nStructure and formalize onboarding frameworks to ensure scalability\nIdentify and manage local constraints, dependencies, and risks impacting deployment\nFacilitate key governance meetings and provide clear visibility on progress, risks, and decisions\nEnsure service quality and operational continuity through proactive risk & issue management\nAdapt program execution to local needs while maintaining global consistency\nFoster strong, trust-based relationships with country leadership teams\n3) Build the teams efficiency and accountability :\nCoordinate and align the work of internal teams and external consultants across all program activities\nEnsure clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability among all contributors\nFoster a collaborative working environment to support efficient delivery\nManage relationships with external vendors and third-party partners\nDevelop scalable onboarding materials and delivery playbooks\nCapitalize on use cases and lessons learned to reduce lead times and increase efficiency\nEnsure alignment between infrastructure, security, and local teams through structured operating frameworks\nEnsure effective coordination between vendors, internal teams, and country stakeholders.\n Engineering degree (or equivalent) with at least 10 years of professional experience\nFoster a collaborative working environment to support efficient delivery\nStrong expertise in project/program management methodologies and governance frameworks\nExperience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments\nExcellent leadership and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to challenge business teams constructively and drive alignment\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate operational needs into structured execution plans\nPragmatic, solution-oriented, and comfortable managing complexity\nGood understanding of IT environments, including applications, infrastructure, integration, and cybersecurity considerations\nFluent English (international exposure required)\n Rexel offers an attractive compensation package with a 13-month base salary and an individual performance-based bonus.
