We have access to the best partners in the industry and we go above and beyond to help our customers and partners grow.\n As the Industrial Projects Coordinator & Quotations Specialist based in Winnipeg or Regina, you will own the full project lifecycle - from efficiently quoting new industrial jobs out for tender through to coordinating, tracking and closing out awarded projects. You will be the connective tissue between quotations, sales, vendors and the project management team, ensuring bids are competitive and accurate, and that awarded work moves smoothly from order entry to final billing.\nWhat You Will Do With Us\nEfficiently quote all new jobs out for tender, determining whether requested specifications are achievable and in line with both customer requirements and Westburne's capabilities.\nMaintain customer orders using the Direct Project Management System, including purchase order entries and order tracking for all project orders.\nDeliver accurate, competitive and timely Industrial proposals by coordinating technical specifications, supplier offers, cost estimates and contractual terms.\nCoordinate with Legal on T&C’s.\nNegotiate with key suppliers to obtain project pricing, lead times and payment terms.\nExpedite and conduct follow-up on orders, and reconcile final billings with customer purchase orders.\nProcess shop drawings for approval and record purposes.\nHow You Will Thrive With Us\nAct as a liaison with clients, engineering & procurement companies, suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders across the full quote-to-close lifecycle\nCoordinate and interface between vendors, the sales team, management and customers on day-to-day assigned projects, providing advice and guidance as required\nProvide a wide range of administrative support to the Project Management team\nBe a Brand Ambassador, building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences - consistently ensuring our corporate image is reflected\n You have a minimum of 2-3 years of related experience, ideally spanning both quotations and project coordination in a similar industry.\nYou are proficient with Microsoft Office products.\nYou have the proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong customer and supplier relationships.\nYou have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a good attitude, in a fast-paced environment with time constraints.\nYou have strong interpersonal skills and excellent organizational skills.\nYou are able to maintain positive business relationships with suppliers and customers and resolve concerns that may occur.\n What We Offer:\nOur employees enjoy a positive work-life balance while thriving in an environment that is dynamic and motivated by new and exciting challenges.\nWe provide competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits plans, and pension plans, along with a remarkable range of career opportunities-whether advancing in your current field or exploring something entirely new.
