With branches across Canada, Nedco, a division of Rexel Canada Electrical Inc., is pleased to offer one-stop shopping for a wide range of quality products such as communications, wire and cable, distribution, lighting, data, home integration and security.\n As the Inside Sales Representative based in Coquitlam, BC, your essential duties will be to:\nDirectly service customers via phone & email on a daily basis.\nProcess orders, inquiries & quotations every day.\nConsistently achieve a high level of customer service.\nConfirm stock availability and suggest alternatives as required.\nMake follow-up calls to customers on all quotations.\nMake at least four (4) outbound calls per day to various customers to solicit additional business.\nAssist customers with any inquiries regarding ecommerce.\n A minimum of two years of inside sales experience in electrical industry.\nProven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships\nStrong multitasking and time management skills\nBe computer literate\nAS400 experience would be an asset\nElectrical apprenticeship experience is considered an advantage.\nTeam Player.\nProduct knowledge of the electrical business\n1-5 years at an electrical distributor experience.\n The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is negotiable. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
