Together we are building sustainable performance and shaping a better future.\nRexel Canada operates under six distinct banners : Rexel Atlantic, Rexel Utility, Westburne, Nedco, LTL and Talley.\n As theJunior IT Workplace & Infrastructure Analyst inMississauga, ON your responsibilities include the following:\nSupport analysis activities for IT projects and operational initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.\nAssist in identifying areas for improvement within IT infrastructure and workplace technologies.\nTroubleshoot and resolve basic to intermediate issues with IT systems, including Microsoft 365 and related integrations.\nFollow established policies, guidelines, and standards when performing technical tasks and making recommendations.\nCommunicate clearly with end users and internal stakeholders regarding technical issues, status updates, and resolutions.\nManage assigned tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and maintain organized documentation.\nAnalyze and help resolve routine problems where business process and software functionality may not align.\nWork both independently and collaboratively with IT team members.\nLearn quickly and adapt to new technologies, tools, and methodologies.\nEscalate complex issues to senior analysts or other appropriate teams as needed.\n 1-3+ years of experience in Information Technology, IT support, or Desktop Support.\nWindows 11 Desktop Support.\nBasic knowledge of Windows Server environments, including:Active Directory\nGroup Policy\nDNS\nDHCP\n\nBasic Linux server support exposure is an asset.\nM365 administration exposure, including:Entra ID users, groups, and licensing\nEnterprise applications\nSharePoint and Exchange Online administration\n\nExposure to networking concepts such as:VPN\nTCP/IP\nDNS\nDHCP\nFirewalls\nProxy\n\nExperience using ticketing/ITSM tools such as JIRA or ServiceNow.\nWorking knowledge of IT security concepts such as the CIA triad, least privilege, and hardening.\nStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.\nOther Skills (not required):\nMicrosoft Graph or API integration exposure\nPowerShell scripting and automation\nCitrix XenDesktop and NetScaler VPN end-user support\nExperience with IAM concepts\nExposure to tools such as Cisco Umbrella, Qualys, or Sophos EDR\nWordPress support\nMigration experience from third-party domains, email systems, or tenants\nRelevant Certifications:\nMicrosoft certifications in progress or completed are an asset, such as:Azure Administrator Associate\nIdentity and Access Administrator Associate\nEndpoint Administrator Associate\nWindows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate\n\nITIL 4 Foundation\nCompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certification\nLinux certification such as RHCSA or LPIC-1 is an asset\n The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is CAD 55000 - 65000. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
