With branches across Canada, Nedco, a division of Rexel Canada Electrical Inc., is pleased to offer one-stop shopping for a wide range of quality products such as communications, wire and cable, distribution, lighting, data, home integration and security.\n As an Outside Sales Representative based in Oakville or Milton, your essential duties will be to:\nProspect and onboard new accounts\nDevelop strategies to increase sales growth in the existing customer account base\nConduct the required number of weekly account visits to achieve determined account coverage\nDevelop an opportunity pipeline to support monthly sales objectives\nAttend weekly strategy meetings with Regional Sales Manager and team meetings when scheduled\nEnsure all sales activities are properly documented in the company CRM, on an ongoing basis\nFacilitate industry-leading customer service between project, branch and operational teams\n 2-3 years of sales experience within the electrical distribution industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience\nProven ability to build/maintain productive relationships\nTrack record of achieving sales targets\nOutstanding communication skills, to communicate effectively with all current and prospective customers on a regular basis\nExcellent negotiation skills\nExperience with a CRM software\n The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is CAD 60000 - 75000. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
