We are a one stop source for your business needs ranging from Stationery, office supplies to Industrial Automation.\nExperience in electrical/PLC automation panel manufacturing\nShop floor production supervision and manpower handling\nKnowledge of PLC control panels, MCC, PCC, APFC, and VFD panels.\nAbility to read electrical drawings and schematics.\nHands-on experience in panel wiring and testing.\nFamiliarity with Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, ABB, Mitsubishi, or Omron PLC systems.\nKnowledge of electrical standards such as IEC, UL508A, and IS standards.\nProficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.\nCoordination and communication skills.\nBasic computer and documentation skills\nTo plan, coordinate, and execute the manufacturing, wiring, assembly, and testing of PLC, MCC, PCC, VFD, and control panels while ensuring compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.\nProduction planning and execution\nShop floor supervision\nPanel manufacturing control\nCoordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and project teams.\nReview technical changes and implement revisions in production.\nSupport customer inspections and factory acceptance tests (FAT).\nQuality and Testing compliance/QAP procedure responsibility with the help of QC Team\nMaterial and Inventory coordination with Logistic/store team\nManpower Management, Safety Management at shop floor, dispatch and unloading/loading support\n Responsible for end-to-end shop floor production, manpower supervision, quality compliance, safety and on-time delivery of project or panels.\n Diploma/BE/B.
