The role based in our Ballymount branch and supporting lighting opportunities across the greater Dublin area.\n The Project Pricing & Sales Support Specialist provides commercial, pricing and administrative support to the Rexel Ireland Projects Team and branch network.\nThe role reports directly to the Head of Business Development. The position is primarily office-based, with a hybrid working arrangement available in line with business requirements and company policy.\nThe role is responsible for delivering fast, competitive and commercially robust quotations while supporting account managers, branches and customers on project opportunities.\nActing as the commercial hub of the Team, the role ensures projects are priced effectively, supplier support is maximised and opportunities are converted profitably.\nThe role works closely with Account Managers, suppliers and local branches to ensure customers receive a consistent and professional experience throughout the sales cycle.\nQuotation & Pricing Management\nPrepare quotations for team members, colleagues, customers and projects.\nSource competitive supplier pricing working with procurement.\nSecure special project and bid support from suppliers.\nEnsure quotations achieve agreed margin expectations.\nManage pricing agreements for industrial customers.\nTrack quotation performance and conversion using our CRM.\nProject Support\nSupport large industrial tenders and project opportunities.\nTrack projects through the quotation lifecycle.\nSupplier Relationship Management\nBuild strong relationships with suppliers.\nCoordinate supplier quotations and technical support.\nBranch Support\nAct as the primary pricing support resource for branches servicing large project customers.\nAssist branches with large quotation requests.\nWork closely with branch teams to maximise project conversion.\nSales Administration\nMaintain opportunity records and CRM updates.\nTrack pipeline progress.\nSupport contract administration requirements.\nCommercial Analysis\nAnalyse quote conversion performance.\nMonitor pricing consistency and profitability.\nProvide recommendations on customer pricing strategies.\nSupport annual budget and forecasting processes.\n Essential Experience:\nExperience in internal sales, pricing, administration and sales support.\nStrong commercial awareness.\nExcellent Excel and analytical skills.\nHigh attention to detail.\nStrong organisational and prioritisation abilities.\nDesirable Experience:\nElectrical wholesale experience.\nIndustrial product knowledge.\nCRM experience, Experience with project quotations and tenders.\nUnderstanding of supplier pricing structures and commercial agreements.\n Benefits:\nAdditional leave\nBike to work scheme\nCompany events\nCompany pension\nEmployee assistance program\nEmployee discount\nOn-site parking\nPrivate medical insurance\nSick pay\nStore discount\nAt Rexel we welcome people from all backgrounds with diverse perspectives and experiences.
