We are a one stop source for your business needs ranging from Stationery, office supplies to Industrial Automation.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives aligned with organizational goals to drive cost optimization, business growth, and supply continuity.\nLead the identification, evaluation, and onboarding of new suppliers, markets, and sourcing opportunities to strengthen the supplier ecosystem and mitigate risks.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships, service excellence, and value creation.\nDrive supplier negotiations, contract management, and commercial discussions to secure favorable terms, improve profitability, and enhance supply assurance.\nDesign and implement sourcing strategies that improve operational efficiency, reduce procurement costs, and optimize total cost of ownership (TCO).\nMonitor market trends, commodity pricing, supply chain disruptions, and industry developments to proactively identify risks and opportunities.\nLead supplier performance management, including quality, delivery, cost, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Business Units to align sourcing strategies with business requirements.\nEstablish and govern sourcing policies, processes, and best practices to ensure compliance, sustainability, and ethical procurement standards.\nDrive digital transformation and process improvement initiatives within sourcing and procurement functions to enhance productivity and decision-making.\nMentor and develop sourcing teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nSupport business expansion and strategic projects through effective sourcing, supplier development, and risk management strategies.\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
