The successful\ncandidate will play a key role in sales coordination, procurement, logistics\nplanning, approval workflows, reporting and business analysis, while ensuring\noperational efficiency and excellent customer service. \nRole & Responsibilities\nCoordinate and support all\nsales-related activities, including preparation and follow-up of quotations,\ntenders and customer orders.\nEnsure compliance with\ncompany pricing, discounting and approval procedures.\nReview and process Approval\nRequest Forms relating to tenders, purchase orders, subcontractor valuation\ncertificates and other operational requirements.\nLiaise with suppliers,\nsubcontractors and internal stakeholders to support procurement and project\nexecution.\nPlan and coordinate\ndeliveries with the logistics team to ensure timely customer fulfilment.\nCoordinate installation,\nintervention and service schedules with customers and internal teams.\nMaintain accurate records\nwithin ERP and CRM systems.\nPrepare, issue and analyse\nreports relating to sales, procurement, inventory, deliveries, order status,\nmargins and project costings.\nSupport budgeting,\nforecasting and management decision-making through performance analysis and\nreporting.\nReview inventory\nreservations and support stock optimisation initiatives.\nRespond promptly and\nprofessionally to customer and internal stakeholder requests.\nContribute actively to\ncontinuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.\nQualifications &\nExperience\nDiploma in Business\nAdministration or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management,\nOperations Management or a related field will be an advantage.\nAt least 3 to 5 years'\nexperience in a similar commercial, operations, logistics or sales coordination\nrole.\nExperience working with ERP\nsystems will be a definite advantage.\n\nKnowledge, Skills & Attitude\n\nAdvanced proficiency in\nMicrosoft Excel, ERP systems, CRM platforms and PowerPoint.\nStrong analytical, reporting\nand organisational skills.\nSound commercial awareness\nand business acumen.\nExperience in quotation\nmanagement, tender administration and procurement coordination.\nExcellent communication\nskills in both English and French.\nAbility to work under\npressure, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nStrong attention to detail,\nleadership qualities and a proactive, results-oriented attitude.\nLocation: Royal Road, Camp Benoit, Petite Riviere\nManagement reserves the right to call only the best candidates for an interview.
