The successful candidate will be responsible for\ncarrying out installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works on\nelectrical, mechanical, and electromechanical systems and equipment.\n\nMain Role and Responsibilities\n\nAssist\nSenior technicians in electrical, mechanical and electromechanical works.\nPerform\ncorrective and preventive maintenance works and installation works.\nEnsure\nhealth and safety measures are always adhered to.\nWork\non shift as and when required.\nTo\nparticipate in the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical and/or\nmechanical equipment and/or buildings whilst adhering to prescribed technical\ninstructions and work methods.\nTo\nsupervise the work of Tradesmen.\nTo\nkeep records and documents.\nTo\nsafe keep and upkeep tools and equipment.\nTo\nperform regular checks on plants, equipment and vehicles.\nTo\ncarry out maintenance works as per schedule.\nTo\ncarry out fault findings and perform repair works.\nTo\nperform any other cognate duties as may be assigned.\n\nQualifications and Experience\n\nNational\nCertificate Level 3 or an alternative acceptable qualification in\nMechanical/ Electromechanical.\nAt\nleast 3 years’ post qualification experience as Technician in the relevant\nfield.\nProficiency\nin written and spoken English.\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Attitude\n\nMechanical, electrical and\nelectromechanical installations and systems\nSafety practices, and\ntechnical procedures\nResponsible,\nsafety-conscious, reliable, and proactive\nAdaptability to shift\nwork\n\nLocation: Camp Benoit, Petite\nRivière\n\nManagement reserves the right to call\nonly the best candidates for an interview.
