with leads through regular follow-ups and communication\nCollaborate with the sales team to seamlessly transfer qualified opportunities for further development Product Knowledge:\nStay informed about the features, benefits, and updates related to our products or services\nEffectively communicate product value and differentiation to potential clients Data Management:\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead status in the customer relationship management (CRM) system Metrics and Reporting:\nMeet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual lead generation and conversion targets.\nProvide regular reports on lead generation and conversion activities, identifying trends and areas for improvement\nRequirements Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills:\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to engage with CXOs and build meaningful relationships through first-level conversations Motivated to Work in a Target-Driven Setup:\nProven experience in working in a target-driven environment\nSelf-motivated with a results-oriented mindset\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s / Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field\nProven experience of 1-2 years with Corporate Event Management Companies organizing summits etc. working in Delegate Acquisition or Sponsorship Roles\nFamiliarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions\nPreferred\nQualifications:\nCertification in relevant marketing platforms\nExperience in B2B marketing/ Inside Sales\n• Familiarity with the technology or SaaS
