With recent acquisitions of Bluedot, GroupBy, ViSenze and Crownpeak, Rezolve is accelerating innovation at the intersection of AI, commerce, and customer engagement.\nWhat’s the role?\nWe are looking for a Treasury Manager responsible for the day-to-day management of the Company's global treasury operations, supporting liquidity management, banking activities, treasury controls, cash forecasting and O2C optimization. Working closely with the Head of Treasury, this role ensures efficient treasury execution while maintaining strong governance, operational resilience and regulatory compliance.\nThe successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Company's continued global expansion and evolving treasury requirements across both traditional finance and digital asset ecosystems across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas to support operational scale, standardization, and continuous improvement.\nWhat will you be doing?\nManage global cash positioning, liquidity, and cash flow forecasting to ensure effective treasury operations and working capital optimisation.\nExecute treasury transactions, including payments, settlements, intercompany funding, and cash movements across global banking networks.\nOversee digital asset treasury operations, including wallet management, reconciliations, custodial relationships, and operational controls.\nMaintain treasury policies, controls, and procedures while ensuring compliance with internal governance, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.\nManage banking relationships, including account administration, KYC processes, banking facilities, and service performance monitoring.\nProduce accurate treasury reporting, support month-end and year-end close activities, and provide treasury information to Finance and Audit teams.\nSupport liquidity planning, debt facility monitoring, fundraising initiatives, and strategic treasury projects to optimise the Group's funding position.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to drive continuous process improvements and provide support to the Head of Treasury when required.\nWho are you?\nWe don't believe in ticking boxes here at Rezolve.\nHere are a few skills that we feel would make you successful in the role, but we’d still love to hear from you if you feel you’d be a great fit.\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; a professional qualification (ACT, ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) is preferred.\n5-8 years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, or treasury operations, ideally within a multinational or high-growth technology business.\nStrong knowledge of cash management, liquidity management, treasury operations, banking products, and financial markets.\nExperience using Treasury Management Systems (TMS), banking platforms, and treasury reporting tools, with advanced Excel skills.\nExposure to digital assets, payment infrastructure, fintech, or emerging financial technologies is advantageous.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across international, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.\nHigh level of integrity, with a strong commitment to governance, internal controls, compliance, and operational excellence.\nWhat we offer?\nBe part of an innovative and fast growing global company at the forefront of AI-powered commerce\nWork with a dynamic and collaborative team shaping the future of AI, commerce, and customer engagement\nOpportunity to make significant impact on the company's digital growth strategy\nOur Culture\nWe strive for success, are always pushing to do better, and work with pride and purpose together.
