Benefits Analyst Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid) We exist to transform our customers and change lives Who We're Looking For The Benefits Analyst supports the administration, analysis, and day-to-day operation of the company’s employee benefits programs, including leave, and retirement. In this role you will be the main point of contact for benefits-related questions, ensure accurate and compliant processing of enrollments and changes, and provide data and analysis that help the Total Rewards team make informed decisions about our benefits programs. You will work closely with HR colleagues, external vendors and carriers, managers, and business leaders to ensure our programs are competitive, effective, and compliant. What You'll Do: Benefits & Leave Administration Administer day-to-day benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA/HSA, 401(k)/retirement savings, wellness, etc.), including enrollments, changes, and terminations. Process qualifying life events and open enrollment changes, confirming selections are entered accurately in the system and required paperwork is collected.
