Collaborate with a team of industry experts onsite at our client's world-class engineering center and contribute to developing innovative solutions that drive sustainable agriculture practices.\nThis is a full-time position with a full benefit package listed below that includes opportunities for professional growth, direct hire by our customers, and additional opportunities within our own organization.\nSoftware Delivery Coordinator\nAs a Software Delivery Coordinator, you will support software and product delivery across a portfolio of technology and product development initiatives. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage release activities, establish priorities, and ensure required deliverables are aligned to product launch schedules. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with technical teams, and able to take information from multiple sources and turn it into clear plans, schedules, and actions.\nResponsibilities\nCoordinate delivery activities across multiple software, engineering, product, and technology teams.\nDrive alignment across engineering, product, program, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to support successful product and software releases.\nCollect information from contributors to identify required release artifacts, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring all components are complete and work together as intended.\nDevelop and maintain release management artifacts, including configuration files, release documentation, software payloads, and compatibility information.\nCoordinate and facilitate meetings related to delivery schedules, release planning, change management, design reviews, defect reviews, and release reviews.\nCollect key information from feature teams and project managers to develop schedules and track progress toward critical launch dates.\nWork with project and delivery managers to develop and maintain macro-level project schedules.\nPartner with product owners and technical leaders to establish feature and defect priorities for upcoming releases and ensure deliverables remain aligned with the overall timeline.\nMaintain software compatibility information and release packages to support product launches.\nDevelop and maintain project tracking and support tools to improve visibility into delivery status, dependencies, and risks.\nCommunicate release and schedule information to stakeholders to support product launch activities.\nIdentify opportunities to improve existing processes, tools, and workflows for managing software and product deliveries.\nCoordinate and facilitate company or organizational meetings as needed.\nProactively identify schedule risks, gaps, dependencies, and communication issues and drive them toward resolution.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, business, project management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.\nExperience coordinating projects, programs, software releases, engineering activities, or other cross-functional initiatives.\nStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nExcellent communication and meeting facilitation skills.\nAbility to gather information from multiple teams and translate it into clear schedules, action items, priorities, and deliverables.\nComfortable working with technical teams and understanding software development and release processes.\nBasic ability to work with structured data and configuration files such as JSON.\nExperience with project tracking, collaboration, or document management tools.\nAbility to proactively identify issues and drive follow-up without requiring extensive direction.4\nPreferred Qualifications and Attributes\nHighly proactive with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.\nHigh-agency individual who takes initiative and drives tasks through completion.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain alignment across multiple teams.\nComfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.\nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with engineering, product, program, marketing, and leadership teams.\nAble to manage a large number of information sources, dependencies, and project endpoints while maintaining a clear view of overall delivery status.\nStrong problem-solving and process-improvement mindset.\nAbility to understand existing tools and processes and identify ways to make them more efficient.\nComfortable facilitating discussions, documenting decisions, and holding teams accountable to commitments.\nExperience working in an Agile software development or product development environment is desired.\nExperience with software release management, product launches, or technology-driven product development is a plus.\nVisa sponsorship is NOT available for this position.\nPay Range: $60,000-$100,000 - Commensurate with experience\nAbout RFA Engineering\nRFA Engineering has provided product development and engineering services to industry leading customers since 1943.
