RFA Engineering (www.rfamec.com) develops embedded software and electronics for our world-class clients in the areas of precision agriculture and vehicle electrification. We are seeking an experienced candidate to become an integral part of our engineering team. The selected candidate will work with an experienced engineering staff using state-of-the-art engineering tools & processes. This position would be based out of our corporate office in Eden Prairie, MN or Fargo, ND. Software Product Manager Software Product Manager will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of advanced software solutions supporting precision agriculture and intelligent machine systems. In this role, you will work closely with software engineers, systems engineers, stakeholders, and end users to define product direction, prioritize development efforts, and deliver valuable software features that solve real-world customer challenges. Responsibilities Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for software applications and machine systems. Gather customer, stakeholder, and business requirements and translate them into clear product specifications and development priorities.
