Let’s create the future of enterprise mobility-together!\nJob Description & Responsibilities:\nAs a member of the Solution Architect Team, you will be responsible for designing, validating, and delivering robust mobile data collection solutions integrated with ERP (SAP) systems. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, partners, product management, and implementation teams to ensure successful solution deployment that meets client business needs.\nThis role requires strong ERP (SAP) functional knowledge relevant to warehouse operations (e.g., WM, EWM, IM, MM), basic ERP (SAP) technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for technology-driven operational excellence. Your primary goal will be to help customers maximize the value of our platform while addressing their specific use cases and technical challenges. You will be a catalyst for effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment, and will invent mechanisms and processes for speed and scale in RFgen context.\nProduct Demo and Pre-Sales Support:\nEngage with prospects and customers during pre-sales phases to understand their business needs. \nAssist the Sales team in delivering tailored, high-impact product demonstrations showcasing RFgen’s mobile solutions. \nRecommend additional services or RFgen licenses to address key business issues. \nConsulting & Solution Design:\nConsult with RFgen customers to document business requirements, develop functional and technical specifications used to customize core RFgen product and workflows. \nInfluence solution design by providing insights during design sessions, translating requirements into workable business solutions. \nProvide insight and influence to senior management on integrating requirements with current systems and processes. \nDrive continuous process improvement through standardized tools, templates, and processes. \nDefine test strategies, perform QA to validate ERP-integrated RFgen applications against customer requirements, and deliver customer training on RFgen functionalities and custom solutions. \nProject Leadership & Implementation:\nGuide Implementation Engineers in developing custom RFgen apps and implementing technical solutions. \nSupport Project Managers with risk and issue identification, impact assessment, and mitigation strategies. \nStrategic Consulting:\nEngage in RFPs for vendor evaluation and provide strategic guidance on ERP (SAP) best practices. \nServe as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them on mobile inventory management best practices. \nCompensation & Benefits:\nRFgen offers a competitive location.\nRequirements\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience. \n5+ years of experience designing and implementing SAP-integrated solutions, preferably for supply chain, warehouse management, or manufacturing environments. \nStrong functional knowledge of SAP modules relevant to warehouse operations (e.g., SAP WM, EWM, IM, MM, SD). \nUnderstanding of SAP RFCs, BAPIs, IDocs, or APIs for real-time data integration. \nStrong understanding of architectural standards, software development methodologies, and modeling techniques. \nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written. \nExperience with Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and software development life cycles. \nProven facilitation, influence, leadership, and negotiation skills. \nAbility to develop business/technical requirements and write technical specifications. \nFlexibility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. \nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. \nWillingness to travel for product demonstrations, design sessions, trainings etc., typically less than 20%. \nPreferred Skills:\nERP (SAP) Certifications in Inventory, Manufacturing or Warehouse Management modules are a plus. \nExperience with custom application development and integration projects. \nExperience with other ERP systems such as Oracle Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, JD Edwards, Deltek are a plus. \nStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. \nFamiliarity with warehouse operations, best practices, and process improvement initiatives. \nKnowledge of RFID, IoT, or advanced data collection technologies. \nSalary
