However, you must understand technical job requirements well enough to ask informed questions, recognize relevant experience, and distinguish genuinely qualified candidates from people who simply have the right keywords on their resumes.\nWhat you bring\n3 to 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within enterprise software, ERP, SaaS, IT consulting, software development, or systems integration.\nA successful track record of sourcing and hiring hard-to-find technical talent.\nExperience recruiting ERP consultants, software developers, implementation engineers, or technical consultants is highly desirable.\nFamiliarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and other enterprise applications is a strong advantage.\nStrong LinkedIn Recruiter search skills.\nThe ability to understand technical job descriptions and develop effective sourcing strategies.\nStrong interviewing, communication, and candidate assessment skills.\nThe ability to manage multiple searches independently and work directly with hiring managers.\nExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting CRM platforms, and modern sourcing tools.\nA results-oriented approach focused on hiring quality, not simply generating resumes.\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.\nExperience recruiting for an ERP consulting firm, enterprise software company, systems integrator, or software development organization is particularly valuable.\nHow we work\nYou will work closely with RFgen leadership and hiring managers across engineering, sales, consulting, implementation, QA, product, and customer support.\nWe value initiative, accountability, responsiveness, and practical problem-solving. of technical talent for future hiring needs.\nCompensation and Benefits\nThe anticipated base salary range is $95,000-$125,000 annually, depending on recruiting experience, technical recruiting expertise, qualifications, and work location.\nThe position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus based on recruiting results and overall performance.\nRFgen offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:\nEmployer 401(k) profit-sharing contribution averaging about 3% of pay after your first year, whether or not you contribute; $900 per month toward employee medical coverage (or $250 monthly if electing a private plan) plus 50% of dependent premiums (up to a maximum of $1,200 per month); $100 per month toward dental insurance (with vision, disability, and life insurance also full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in the software or technology industry.\nDemonstrated success recruiting for technical positions such as Software Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Product Managers, and other technology roles.\nExperience recruiting for business functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations.\nStrong sourcing skills
