# Technical Recruiter

Description Technical Recruiter Full-Time Location: El Dorado Hills, CA (on-site preferred; remote or hybrid possible) Help us build the team behind RFgen's growth RFgen develops enterprise mobile software that helps manufacturers, distributors, and other organizations improve warehouse, inventory, manufacturing, and supply chain operations. Our solutions extend ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Deltek through mobile applications, barcode scanning, RFID, and real-time data collection. We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across RFgen's engineering, ERP consulting, implementation, and customer-facing technical teams. You will work directly with company leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, identify and attract qualified candidates, evaluate their experience, and guide them through the recruiting process. This is a hands-on recruiting position for someone who understands the technology talent market and enjoys finding and engaging specialized professionals.
