As the face of the company, you act as brand ambassadors to all clients, parents, the public and fellow drivers.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDeliveries & Customer Service\nLoad vans according to delivery manifests, assisting fellow drivers as needed.\nFollow assigned routes and schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.\nComplete deliveries accurately, following all service steps and special instructions.\nCommunicate any issues or route changes to the Logistics Lead.\nUphold RFRK’s Customer Service Standards in all interactions.\nSupport & Logistics\nAssist with dispatch by resolving issues or helping other drivers complete deliveries.\nPerform additional deliveries or pick-ups as assigned.\nSort and organize delivery equipment, ensuring readiness for the next day\nOther duties as required\nVehicle & Equipment Maintenance\nMaintain a clean and organized cab and cargo area daily.\nConduct daily vehicle inspections, checking lights, signals, and general condition.\nCheck fluid levels weekly and report any mechanical issues immediately.\nClean and store delivery bags, Cambro equipment, and other tools properly.\nRequired Education & Experience\nMinimum 25 years of age (for insurance purposes)\nValid G-Class Ontario Driver’s License with a clean driving record\nCompleted Police Background Check (including vulnerable sector screening if required)\nPhysically capable of lifting 20-50 lbs and navigating stairs\nReliable cell phone with data and GPS/mapping app\nStrong reliability, judgment, and problem-solving skills\nExcellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, even when facing challenges\nInterest in healthy eating and living\n\nAdditional Skills\nStrong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork\nAbility to work independently and adapt to changing priorities\nComfortable working and driving in all weather conditions\nAttention to cleanliness and understanding of food safety\nAbove-average driving skills with familiarity with GTA roads\nPersonable and kid-friendly\n\nNice-to-have\nExperience working with or around children\nExperience in food delivery or professional
