Possesses an effective understanding of the enterprise systems and leverages knowledge of business functions, technologies and processes to execute responsibilities.\nPrinciple Duties\nLeads small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements, and develops detailed work plans\nWorks closely with business and IT stakeholders to gain user acceptance of application updates and integrations by defining business requirements and leading users through acceptance testing.\nDesigns, develops, and maintains applications and integrations by creating, managing, and executing business requirements, technical design documents, and test plans.\nMay manage four or fewer employees with respect to a project or a system, and responsible for team's performance; coaches and mentors team members\nCreates documentation and leads team through architecture reviews.\nDevelops estimates and capacity plans for general support and projects\nManages the operational efficiency scorecard for supported systems\nSeeks continuous quality improvements for supported systems; Works with vendor to provide a multi-year road map for supported systems\nCreates and implements effective metrics and monitoring processes\nRecommends improvements and applies standards, processes, and procedures for enterprise systems\nEducation\nBachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent education/ experience - Required\nMaster’s degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) - Preferred\nWork Experience\n8+ years enterprise systems programming experience - Required\n8+ years SQL database experience. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan.
