In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:\nServe as the main point of contact between business users and development/vendor teams.\nGather, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements.\nTranslate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.\nSupport project delivery, including user acceptance testing and solution validation.\nProvide Level 1 and Level 2 application support, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with vendors when necessar.y\nEnsure timely resolution of incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.\nAssist in identifying opportunities for system enhancements or process automation.\nMaintain clear and up-to-date documentation for systems and processes.
