In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to have and to be:\nPerform Financial Controller role at one of the Group’s business operations, including e.g. Plantation/Logistics/ Manufacturing operations.\n\nPerform financial analysis, budgeting, planning and forecasting.\n\nSupport operational and analytics-based decision-making process; collaborate with Operations team, Shared Service Centre and Corporate team to build analytics data and perform drill-through planning and analysis.\n\nAssure on-time operations data reporting, and assure integrity and accuracy of forecasts, projections and management reporting.\n\nBusiness Partnering with Operations and Corporate teams to drive business performance and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nEnsure implementation of robust business governance standards.\n\nSupport the group business controller and senior management as and when required.\n\nOverall, support the Business to perform at target levels agreed with the Corporate management, in a sustainable manner.\n\nRequirements:\nTo be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:\nDegree in Accountancy, Engineering or equivalent. Good and consistent academic records.\n\nAt least 5 to 10 years relevant working experience in management reporting, budgeting and cost analysis.\n\nWorking exposure in Plantation/Logistics/Manufacturing companies.\n\nAudit experience will be an advantage.\n\nAble to engage business leaders in reviewing business costs, identifying areas of cost improvement and implementing cost efficiency related projects with relevant departments.\n\nExperience in performing financial planning and analysis.\n\nStrong team player and able to deliver expected work results within timelines agreed.\n\nPossess strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage management and staff at different levels.\n\nAbility to read and write in good English plus at least one extra of either Chinese or Bahasa.\n\nSelf-starter in a fast-paced environment and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; commercially-oriented with high energy and a ‘can-do’ attitude.\n\nDisciplined in approach and possess high levels of integrity; meticulous and analytical.\n\nFlexibility to undertake assignments at different operating units, across different geographies.\n\nWhen you send us your resume and personal details, it is deemed you have provided your consent to us retaining your information in our talent recruitment database.
