high-availability environments, including servers, networking, storage, virtualization, and security appliances.\nMonitor system health and investigate incidents using logs, performance metrics, and tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Promtail, and Loki to identify and resolve issues quickly.\n\nSupport APIs and production infrastructure, including API gateways, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing after-hours/on-call support during critical incidents.\n\nCollaborate across technical teams to manage incidents and changes, communicate complex technical issues clearly, and maintain reliable operations in a mission-critical environment.\n\n3rd Shift Systems Admin Qualifications:\nSecurity + or CISSP certification, TS/SCI security clearance\n\nGood collaboration skill with the ability to work in a team environment\n\nGood oral and written communication skills while working in a multi-discipline environment\n\nStrong understanding of Linux operating systems/Linux experience
