This individual will provide hands-on leadership to the collections team, improve DSO, strengthen collection strategies, and establish clear visibility into AR aging, cash forecasts, past-due balances, risks, and KPIs.\nThe role will partner closely with CFO and Controller-level leadership, optimize AR processes and reporting within NetSuite, and support the organization's transition from Clio to Salesforce. We are looking for someone who combines strong AR and collections expertise with executive presence, change leadership, and an AI-forward approach to data visualization and reporting.\nWhat You Will Work On\nLead the collections team and drive initiatives to accelerate cash and improve DSO.\nPrioritize high-value and aging receivables while strengthening collection strategies and escalation processes.\nBuild AR aging, cash forecasting, collections dashboards, and performance KPIs.\nProvide concise AR insights and reporting to CFO and Controller-level leadership.\nImprove AR processes, reporting, controls, and data visibility within NetSuite.\nPartner with cross-functional teams during the transition from Clio to Salesforce, ensuring AR and collections requirements are effectively represented.\nUse AI and data visualization tools to enhance reporting and turn AR data into actionable business insights.\nWhat You Will Bring\nStrong accounts receivable and collections leadership experience, with a demonstrated focus on accelerating cash and improving DSO.\nExperience leading and developing collections teams, while remaining comfortable rolling up your sleeves when needed.\nStrong executive presence with the ability to communicate AR performance, cash forecasts, risks, and recommendations to CFO and Controller-level leadership.\nHands-on experience developing and managing AR aging reports, cash forecasts, collections dashboards, and KPIs.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate detailed AR data into clear, actionable business insights.\nExperience with ERP systems in AR, including invoicing, payments, collections, aging, reporting, and related processes.\nExperience supporting a CRM implementation, integration, or transformation, ideally involving Salesforce and its impact on quote-to-cash/order-to-cash processes.\nAbility to work effectively across Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT in a changing, transformation-focused environment.\n\nHighly Preferred\nAn AI-forward mindset, with the ability to leverage AI and data visualization capabilities to improve reporting, identify trends, and enhance decision-making.\nWhat You Can Expect\nAn inspirational place for you to do your best work, be engaged in meaningful ways, and continually develop the skills, competencies and qualities that set our team apart.\nCompensation commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market and operational factors. \nTotal Rewards include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Professional Development Program, Paid Time Off and Paid Sick Time (in geographies where legally required).\nWhat We Do\nAt RGP, we're creating a future where businesses produce their best work without constraints.
