You are comfortable diving into the details, investigating trends and abnormalities, and translating complex data into meaningful business insights.\nYou can operate independently while partnering effectively with both business and technical leaders, and you are equally comfortable working hands-on with SQL, data models, and dashboards as you are communicating findings to stakeholders.\nRequired\nStrong experience in healthcare analytics.\nExperience analyzing healthcare, clinical, care delivery, or health plan data.\nAdvanced SQL skills.\nStrong experience developing and managing dashboards from scratch.\nHands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.\nExperience with data analytics and data modeling.\nAbility to understand business problems and translate them into data-driven analyses and insights.\nStrong curiosity and demonstrated ability to investigate data, identify patterns and abnormalities, and determine what is driving results.\nAbility to communicate analytical findings and outcomes effectively to business stakeholders.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across business and technical teams.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.\nPreferred\nHealth plan/payer experience.\nExperience working with Medicaid/Medi-Cal populations or data.\nFamiliarity with Databricks.\nExperience with Python.\nExperience with care management analytics, clinical outcomes, utilization, or healthcare operational performance.\nWhat You Can Expect\nAn inspirational place for you to do your best work, be engaged in meaningful ways, and continually develop the skills, competencies and qualities that set our team apart.\nCompensation commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market and operational factors. \nTotal Rewards include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Professional Development Program, Paid Time Off and Paid Sick Time (in geographies where legally required).\nWhat We Do\nAt RGP, we're creating a future where businesses produce their best work without constraints.
