The ideal candidate will have recent, hands-on experience with large-scale enterprise payroll implementations and a strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processing, testing, and union payroll requirements.\nLocation: Chicago (downtown)\nWorksite location: Hybrid, 4 days per week onsite\nDuration: 6-8 weeks\nPay Rate: $55-65 per hour\nWhat You Will Work On\n* Execute hands-on UAT and test scenarios for an enterprise payroll implementation.\n* Validate payroll calculations, earnings, deductions, overtime, and overall payroll results.\n* Identify, document, track, and retest defects and configuration issues.\n* Perform end-to-end payroll testing and verify system functionality against business\nrequirements.\n* Collaborate with payroll, IT, and implementation teams to resolve discrepancies.\n* Test union-specific payroll rules and requirements, where applicable.\nWhat You Will Bring\n* Recent experience supporting large-scale enterprise payroll implementation.\n* Strong hands-on UAT and payroll system testing experience.\n* Solid understanding of end-to-end payroll processing and validation.\n* Experience with test case execution, defect management, and issue resolution.\n* Ability to contribute immediately with minimal training.\n* Experience with processing union payroll (preferred)\n* Experience with complex enterprise payroll environments and parallel payroll testing.\nWhat You Can Expect\nAn inspirational place for you to do your best work, be engaged in meaningful ways, and continually develop the skills, competencies and qualities that set our team apart.\nCompensation commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market and operational factors. \nTotal Rewards include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Professional Development Program, Paid Time Off and Paid Sick Time (in geographies where legally required).\nWhat We Do\nAt RGP, we're creating a future where businesses produce their best work without constraints.
