The consultant will organize project activities, capture and track action items, monitor progress, and help drive accountability across teams. The environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative, requiring someone who can quickly establish processes and bring organization to multiple concurrent initiatives.\nWorksite location: Remote, preference for CST/MST overlap as most meetings occur during these time zones.\nRate: $80-$85/hr. DOE\nDuration: potentially up to a year\nWhat You Will Work On\nThe consultant will provide project management across various initiatives within the client's Corporate IT function, including employee lifecycle and access management, IT operations, office and infrastructure-related initiatives, and process improvement efforts that enhance visibility, accountability, and execution across the organization. \nKey Responsibilities:\nAttend project and stakeholder meetings, identify IT-owned action items, and drive follow-through to completion. \nCoordinate activities across multiple cross-functional teams and track IT-owned deliverables and responsibilities. \nProvide organizational structure and project governance for teams managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. \nConsolidate project status updates and develop executive-level reporting, presentations, and summaries for leadership.\nUtilize Jira for project tracking while helping stakeholders maintain visibility into higher-level program progress and dependencies.\nPartner with stakeholders and the PMO to improve intake, prioritization, and governance processes associated with new technology and software requests.\nWhat You Will Bring\nRequired:\n Strong project management experience in cross-functional environments, coordinating complex initiatives within enterprise IT organizations.\n Ability to operate effectively in high-ambiguity, fast-moving settings.\n Excellent meeting facilitation, action-item capture, and follow-through skills.\n Comfort producing high-level status views / executive-friendly summaries from detailed work.\n Collaborative style that works well with technical managers and existing contractors.\n Strongly Preferred\n Familiarity with corporate IT systems and processes (OKTA or identity access management, Salesforce a plus). \n Experience supporting IT organizations during growth, migration, or transitions.\n Experience with Jira or similar project tracking tools\n What You Can Expect\nAn inspirational place for you to do your best work, be engaged in meaningful ways, and continually develop the skills, competencies and qualities that set our team apart.\nCompensation commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market and operational factors. \nTotal Rewards include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Professional Development Program, Paid Time Off and Paid Sick Time (in geographies where legally required).\nWhat We Do\nAt RGP, we're creating a future where businesses produce their best work without constraints.
