This role works closely with line shop teams to identify issues, improve processes, and help teams achieve their financial goals.\nLocations:\nCentral Jersey: Berkeley, Cookstown, Freehold, Lakewood, Long Branch, Old Bridge, Point Pleasant, and Union Beach\nNorth Jersey: Summit, Boonton, Dover, Newton, Flemington, and Washington\nWhat You Will Work On\nPartner with line shop operating teams on financial and operational matters.\nReview financial reports and queries to identify outliers, errors, and unusual activity.\nInvestigate variances and challenge information to ensure accuracy.\nSupport month-end close by identifying and resolving issues before results are finalized.\nAssist with timesheet reporting and proper classification of labor between capital and expense.\nSupport work order settling and financial settlements.\nHelp establish financial goals and work with operating teams to achieve them.\nCommunicate directly with operating personnel to resolve issues and gather information.\nPrepare and present financial information to management.\nCollaborate with centralized Finance teams supporting AR, AP, and other functions.\nWhat You Will Bring\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nComfortable asking questions, challenging information, and working with Operations.\nAbility to build relationships and influence others.\nStrong Excel skills.\nExperience with SAP and WMS preferred.\nExperience with PowerPlan, QlikView, or Power BI is a plus.\nAudit or accounting experience is a plus.\nUtility, construction, or field operations experience is helpful.\nWhat You Can Expect\nAn inspirational place for you to do your best work, be engaged in meaningful ways, and continually develop the skills, competencies and qualities that set our team apart.\nCompensation commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market and operational factors. \nTotal Rewards include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Professional Development Program, Paid Time Off and Paid Sick Time (in geographies where legally required).\nWhat We Do\nAt RGP, we're creating a future where businesses produce their best work without constraints.
