This individual will manage complex, cross-functional projects spanning care delivery, operational model development, technology, member experience, process improvement, and transformation.\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on project leader who can move comfortably between strategy and execution. They should be able to take a project from discovery and conceptual design through planning, implementation, and ongoing performance management while coordinating stakeholders. This role may either be an individual contributor or eventually manage project managers.\nWhat You Will Work On\nKey Responsibilities\nProgram & Project Management\nLead complex projects and workstreams from initiation through implementation.\nDevelop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and deliverables.\nEstablish appropriate governance, meeting cadence, escalation pathways, and executive reporting.\nCoordinate work across multiple functional areas and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, ownership, and outcomes.\nTranslate broad strategic objectives into actionable project plans and executable bodies of work.\nOperational Workflow & Process Improvement\nAssess existing operational workflows and identify gaps, dependencies, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.\nDesign or refine future-state workflows that support clinical and operational objectives.\nFacilitate cross-functional working sessions to clarify roles, handoffs, business requirements, and operational impacts.\nSupport implementation and adoption of redesigned processes and operating models.\nIdentify opportunities to standardize approaches while accommodating appropriate regional or functional differences.\nStrategy, Design & Transformation\nFacilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, current-state assessments, gap analyses, and future-state design.\nHelp develop strategic roadmaps, operating models, business requirements, implementation approaches, and solution options.\nTranslate concepts and recommendations into structured implementation plans.\nPartner with leaders to evaluate opportunities, define priorities, and move initiatives from strategy through execution.\nWhat You Will Bring\nRequired Qualifications\nSkillset is more important than industry experience, but preference is consultants have some healthcare background.\nStrong healthcare Program and/or Project Management experience.\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across functions and organizational levels.\nDemonstrated ability to independently manage complex projects and multiple concurrent workstreams.\nExperience with strategic planning, business/process design, operational workflow improvement, or healthcare transformation.\nStrong project planning, risk/issue management, dependency management, governance, and executive reporting skills.\nAbility to facilitate complex discussions and convert ambiguous business problems into structured plans and deliverables.\nExcellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.\nAbility to operate effectively in a highly matrixed healthcare environment.\nPreferred Experience\nCare delivery / healthcare operations\nHealth plan operations\nWorkflow and process redesign\nPerformance improvement\nImplementation planning\nOperating model and organizational design\nHealthcare strategy and roadmap development\nCurrent-state / future-state assessments\nChange management\nData, analytics, KPI development, and performance reporting\nMember experience\nWhat You Can Expect\nAn inspirational place for you to do your best work, be engaged in meaningful ways, and continually develop the skills, competencies and qualities that set our team apart. \nCompensation commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market and operational factors. \nTotal Rewards include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Professional Development Program, Paid Time Off and Paid Sick Time (in geographies where legally required).\nWhat We Do\nAt RGP, we're creating a future where businesses produce their best work without constraints.
