This role combines client relationship management, delivery oversight, and practice growth. As a Senior Manager, you will oversee complex technology engagements for enterprise clients and lead teams of consultants to deliver impact-driven results in fast-paced, evolving environments. You will serve as a trusted advisor, influencing senior stakeholders, shaping technology strategies, and driving execution to address clients’ most critical business and technology challenges.\nBase Pay Range: $152,000 - $190,000\nOther Compensation: Incentive Compensation\nWhat You Will Work On\nOwn and expand client relationships at senior levels; serve as a primary point of contact for Data, Analytics, & AI initiatives and partner with account teams to drive growth.\nLead client delivery teams, ensuring high-quality execution of complex technology transformation engagements.\nDevelop Data and AI strategies, roadmaps, business cases, and operating models aligned to measurable client outcomes.\nLead executive conversations, shape opportunities, develop proposals, and position differentiated Data and AI offerings in the market.\nStrategic oversight of modern data platforms, including Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, lakehouse architecture, analytics, and governance.\nGuide enterprise AI solutions involving RAG, agentic workflows, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Bedrock, and model integration.\nEstablish expectations for responsible AI, information security, data governance, risk management, and production readiness.\nLead complex programs and develop managers, architects, engineers, and consultants while maintaining quality and performance.\nMentor and inspire consulting teams, promoting a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning.\nPartner with leadership to grow the Digital & Technology Practice through innovation, business development support, and recruiting.\nWhat You Will Bring\nBachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.\n8+ years of consulting and/or senior-level experience in financial services or technology-enabled business environments.\nExpertise in technology strategy, AI, digital transformation, IT operations, cloud & data platforms, and related disciplines.\nDemonstrated track record in managing complex, multi-workstream engagements and delivering client impact.\nProven ability to influence senior executives and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.\nExcellent leadership skills: managing large, distributed teams and fostering engagement across geographies.\nAbility to travel as client needs require.\nWhat You Can Expect\nAn inspirational place for you to do your best work, be engaged in meaningful ways, and continually develop the skills, competencies and qualities that set our team apart.\nCompensation commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and other factors, including geographic location, market and operational factors.\nTotal Rewards based on eligibility include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Professional Development Program, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and Paid Sick Time (in geographies where legally required).\nWhat We Do\nAt RGP, we're creating a future where businesses produce their best work without constraints.
