You will be expected to bring a strong product mindset, challenge assumptions, use data and research to inform decisions, and influence the overall product direction.\nThis is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working in cross-functional environments, and taking ownership of the full product design lifecycle.\nWhat You Will Work On\nOwn the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and problem definition through ideation, prototyping, validation, and final delivery.\nPartner with Product Management and Engineering to define product opportunities, priorities, and solutions.\nTurn complex user and business requirements into clear, intuitive, and engaging experiences.\nConduct and leverage user research, usability testing, customer feedback, and product data to guide design decisions.\nCreate user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.\nDevelop and test interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma.\nContribute to and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and scalability across the product.\nFacilitate design workshops and collaborative sessions with cross-functional teams.\nPresent design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders, clearly communicating the rationale behind key decisions.\nIdentify opportunities to improve existing experiences based on user insights, business goals, and product performance.\nAdvocate for the user while balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.\nWhat You Will Bring\n6+ years of experice in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a similar role, ideally designing complex digital products.\n Must-have: A strong portfolio case featuring at least one detailed end-to-end product design case study, clearly demonstrating the problem or challenge, your role and ownership, design process, research or insights, key design decisions, final solution, and measurable outcomes or impact.\nStrong experience with Figma, prototyping, interaction design, and modern design systems.\nDeep understanding of user-centered design, design thinking, information architecture, and interaction design principles.\nExperience conducting or partnering on user research and usability testing and translating findings into actionable product improvements.\nAbility to simplify complex workflows and information into intuitive user experiences\nExperience working effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and business stakeholders.\nStrong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to confidently present and defend design decisions using research, data, and product strategy.\nA strategic mindset combined with strong attention to detail and execution.\nAbility to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and manage multiple priorities.\nA collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without direct authority.\nWhat You Can Expect\nAn inspirational place for you to do your best work, be engaged in meaningful ways, and continually develop the skills, competencies and qualities that set our team apart.\nCompensation commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market and operational factors. \nTotal Rewards include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Professional Development Program, Paid Time Off and Paid Sick Time (in geographies where legally required).\nWhat We Do\nAt RGP, we're creating a future where businesses produce their best work without constraints.
