You will be responsible for building reporting frameworks, developing dashboards and analytics solutions, and ensuring that critical initiatives continue moving forward in a fast-paced and evolving environment.\nSuccess in this role requires a unique blend of project management, stakeholder engagement, SQL and analytics expertise, and the ability to operate effectively when requirements, systems, or data structures are not fully defined.\nWhat You Will Work On\nPartner with business and technical stakeholders to understand operational challenges, gather requirements, and translate them into clear execution plans, documentation, analytics solutions, and measurable outcomes.\nWrite and optimize complex SQL queries in BigQuery to extract, transform, combine, and analyze structured and semi-structured data from multiple enterprise platforms.\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Looker Studio, BigQuery, and Google Sheets.\nDeliver operational analytics and reporting for key business processes, including employee adoption and activation metrics, ServiceNow approval workflows, support operations, and other enterprise programs.\nConsolidate and synthesize data from diverse enterprise systems to answer business-critical questions, identify trends, uncover inefficiencies, and support decision-making.\nBuild reporting frameworks that provide stakeholders with visibility into project performance, operational metrics, risks, and progress against objectives.\nSupport and help drive enterprise-wide initiatives such as Google Workspace deployments, process improvement programs, service support enhancements, policy updates, and operational transformation efforts.\nWork through ambiguity by identifying data sources, clarifying requirements, and establishing practical solutions even when systems, schemas, or business processes are not fully documented.\nDrive project execution by proactively coordinating stakeholders, following up on action items, mitigating risks, and ensuring initiatives maintain momentum through completion.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of business processes, reporting practices, and operational effectiveness across the organization.\nWhat You Will Bring\n6+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Analysis, Operations, or a related function supporting enterprise-scale initiatives.\n6+ years of experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly BigQuery, including complex SQL development, data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis.\nExperience creating and maintaining dashboards and data visualizations using Looker Studio or comparable BI platforms.\nAdvanced proficiency in Google Sheets for reporting, data manipulation, and operational analysis.\nExperience integrating and analyzing data from enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow and other operational systems through APIs, exports, or cloud-based data pipelines.\nAbility to transform ambiguous business problems into scalable reporting solutions and actionable recommendations.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating executive-ready reports, technical documentation, and stakeholder presentations.\nProven ability to influence cross-functional teams and proactively drive work forward without direct authority.\nExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.\nSelf-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and thrive in fast-paced environments.\nStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for using data to improve business outcomes.\nWhat You Can Expect\nAn inspirational place for you to do your best work, be engaged in meaningful ways, and continually develop the skills, competencies and qualities that set our team apart.\nCompensation commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market and operational factors. \nTotal Rewards include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Professional Development Program, Paid Time Off and Paid Sick Time (in geographies where legally required).\nWhat We Do\nAt RGP, we're creating a future where businesses produce their best work without constraints.
