This individual will quickly assess the current environment, address outstanding issues, and drive the project through North American deployment and a potential global rollout.\nLocation: Fully remote\nHours: Approximately 20 hours/week initially, with the potential for increased hours during critical deployment periods\nDuration: Initially 4-6 weeks, with potential extension to 10+ weeks\nPay Rate: $65/hour W-2\nWhat You Will Work On\nTake ownership of an existing technology implementation already in progress.\nQuickly assess project status, outstanding requirements, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.\nDevelop and execute a practical plan to complete the North American deployment.\nCoordinate across IT, Finance, HR, software vendors, and regional business stakeholders.\nDrive resolution of system integration and business-process issues.\nManage testing, issue resolution, deployment readiness, and user adoption.\nCoordinate subsequent global affiliate rollouts.\nEstablish clear milestones, governance, status reporting, and accountability.\nDocument processes, outstanding issues, decisions, and ongoing support requirements.\nTransition the solution effectively to internal business and technology owners following deployment.\nWhat You Will Bring\nExtensive experience managing enterprise technology implementations.\nStrong project recovery/remediation experience, particularly taking over projects already in progress.\nDemonstrated ability to assess ambiguous or complex environments and quickly establish priorities.\nExperience managing software vendors, integrations, and cross-functional stakeholders.\nStrong project planning, risk management, problem-solving, and issue-resolution capabilities.\nExperience working within complex or global organizations.\nExcellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.\nHands-on, self-directed approach with the ability to operate with minimal oversight.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPMP certification.\nExperience with SAP Concur or similar travel and expense platforms.\nExperience with Dayforce or other HRIS integrations.\nGlobal application deployment experience.\nFinance, Accounting, or enterprise business-process experience.\nExperience supporting ERP or large-scale digital transformation initiatives, including SAP environments.\nWhat You Can Expect\nAn inspirational place for you to do your best work, be engaged in meaningful ways, and continually develop the skills, competencies and qualities that set our team apart.\nCompensation commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market and operational factors. \nTotal Rewards include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Professional Development Program, Paid Time Off and Paid Sick Time (in geographies where legally required).\nWhat We Do\nAt RGP, we're creating a future where businesses produce their best work without constraints.
