Engagé dans un projet de transformation ambitieux, il renforce son comité de direction et recherche son Directeur technique.\nRattaché à la Direction du site, vous managez une équipe de 7 ingénieurs et techniciens (bureau d’études, méthodes, procédés, industrialisation). Référent technique, au plus près des lignes, vous fiabilisez les procédés (chimie, traitements de surface, mécanique), réduisez les rebuts, structurez la résolution de problèmes et accompagnez le passage à des productions plus récurrentes.\nRequirements\nIngénieur de formation (chimie idéalement, matériaux ou procédés), vous justifiez d’au moins 10 ans en industrie de process exigeante (traitement de surface, semi-conducteurs, circuits imprimés…) et d’un management d’équipe technique réussi. Rigueur scientifique, présence terrain et pugnacité vous caractérisent. Anglais courant.\nFixe de 75 à 80 k€ + prime sur objectifs + intéressement.
